Descrição da vaga

Temos uma nova posição de Estágio em Recursos Humanos, uma oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos práticos em diferentes processos de RH e Departamento Pessoal. Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

  • Apoiar as rotinas de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência dos processos da área;
  • Auxiliar na gestão e acompanhamento do ponto eletrônico por meio do sistema ADP;
  • Dar suporte à administração e controle de benefícios dos colaboradores;
  • Apoiar os processos de recrutamento e seleção, incluindo triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas e acompanhamento de candidatos;
  • Auxiliar nos processos de mobilização e integração de colaboradores nos sistemas dos clientes;
  • Apoiar a atualização de controles, relatórios e documentações relacionadas às atividades de RH;
  • Prestar suporte às demandas administrativas da área, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos internos.

Qualificações

  • Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Previsão de formatura a partir de 2027.2
