Global Product Manager

What You'll Do
- Own the commercial success of your product category, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share through effective portfolio and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute global portfolio strategies and product roadmaps based on market trends, customer insights, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies.
- Identify unmet customer needs and transform Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback into innovative product opportunities and business cases.
- Lead upstream marketing activities throughout the product development lifecycle, including market assessments, opportunity evaluation, and stage-gate deliverables.
- Partner closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams to bring new products from concept to commercialization.
- Support regional and global commercial teams with product training, market intelligence, forecasting, pricing strategies, and launch execution.
- Serve as a product and market expert, continuously monitoring industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform business decisions.
- Analyze market, sales, and financial data to drive strategic recommendations and investment decisions.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring successful and timely delivery of key business objectives.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Global Product Management experience within the medical device industry.
- Proven success managing the full product lifecycle, including opportunity identification, VOC research, business case development, product development, regulatory approvals, commercialization, and pricing strategy.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic product management.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
- Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Pomona, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Pomona in the near future. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
For Field Sales roles, the salary range listed reflects base pay only and does not include incentive pay opportunities under the applicable sales compensation plan
