  • Department Liaison: Communicate with county departments and vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, resolving root payment points while providing excellent customer service.

4. Debit Card Setup, Verification & Distribution

  • Coordinate Debit Card Preparation and Distribution: Coordinate the preparation, organization, labeling, and distribution of debit cards and related materials for County departments. These departments currently include Election Services, Veterans Affairs, Berks Heim, and Courts.

  • Coordinate Review, Approval, Posting, and Fund Transfers: Coordinate the review, approval, accounting, and Treasury processing of transfers.
  • Maintain Transfer Records and Supporting Documentation: Maintain accurate transfer logs, records, and supporting documentation.
  • Research and Resolve Transfer Exceptions and Reconciliation Issues: Research and resolve transfer discrepancies and exceptions in coordination with appropriate departments.

6. Disbursements and Compliance

  • Banking Operations Lifecycle: Assistance with bank stop-payments, direct debits, and daily Positive Pay exceptions as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
