Deine Mission

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt Du die Projektleitung bei der Planung und Umsetzung eines großen Standortumzugs im Frühjahr 2028 von rund 800 Mitarbeitenden in München. Dabei erhältst Du Einblicke in bereichsübergreifendes Projektmanagement und arbeitest mit internen Stakeholdern aus HR, IT, Facility Management, ESG, HSE, Kommunikation und Betriebsrat zusammen.

Projektsteuerung und Koordination

Du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei der Steuerung und Koordination des Standortumzugs und begleitest damit die Planung und Umsetzung des Projekts

Projektplanung und Meilensteine

Projektpläne, Aufgabenlisten und Meilensteine werden von Dir gepflegt und nachverfolgt, sodass die relevanten Projektstände strukturiert erfasst bleiben

Meetings, Workshops und Abstimmungen

Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings, Workshops und Abstimmungsterminen

ESG und Nachhaltigkeit

Bei der Umsetzung von Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)- und Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen im Rahmen des Standortumzugs unterstützt Du beispielsweise bei der Wiederverwendung von Mobiliar oder bei Entsorgungskonzepten

Kommunikation und Informationsaufbereitung

Präsentationen, Statusberichte und Entscheidungsvorlagen für verschiedene Zielgruppen erstellst Du ebenso wie Beiträge für die interne Kommunikation rund um den Umzug, beispielsweise Intranet-Beiträge und FAQ-Dokumente

Umzugsorganisation

Du unterstützt bei der Erfassung und Pflege von Umzugs-, Inventar- und Arbeitsplatzlisten und organisierst Informationsveranstaltungen sowie Umzugsaktionen für Mitarbeitende

Studium

Du bist mindestens bis März 2028 als Studentin oder Student eingeschrieben

Erste praktische Erfahrung

Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement oder Eventmanagement sind von Vorteil

Deine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit bringst Du in die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern ein und arbeitest gerne mit ihnen zusammen

Technische Affinität

Mit Deiner technischen Affinität hast Du Freude daran, Dich mit neuen Technologien auseinanderzusetzen und mit ihnen zu arbeiten

Deine technischen Grundlagen

Microsoft Office

Du gehst sicher mit Microsoft Office um, insbesondere mit PowerPoint, Excel und Teams

KI-Systeme und neue Technologien

Du verfügst über erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Systemen und bringst Interesse an neuen Technologien mit

Sprachkenntnisse

Deutsch

Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau

Englisch

Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
