Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bedienung und Einrichtung von Gesenkbiegepressen zur Umformung von Blechteilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsanweisung.
  • Sie stellen Aufträge rüstoptimiert zusammen und kanten Blechteile gemäß Zeichnungsvorgaben.
  • Sie prüfen gefertigte Teile hinsichtlich Maßhaltigkeit, Form und Qualität unter Einsatz geeigneter Messmittel.
  • Sie pflegen und warten die Anlagen im Rahmen einfacher Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und melden technische Störungen.
  • Sie wirken aktiv bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und Werkzeugeinstellungen mit.
  • Sie halten vorgegebene Fertigungs- und Bearbeitungszeiten zuverlässig ein.

Ihr ideales Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im metallverarbeitenden Bereich oder verfügen als Quereinsteiger/in über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Metallbranche.
  • Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gesenkbiegepressen (z. B. AMADA, Prima Power oder vergleichbaren Systemen) mit.
  • Sie lesen technische Zeichnungen sicher und gehen routiniert mit Messmitteln um.
  • Sie verfügen über handwerkliches Geschick sowie ein gutes technisches und maschinelles Verständnis.
  • Sie haben ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten fällt Ihnen leicht, aber auch Ihr Team kann sich immer auf Sie verlassen.
  • Sie sind dazu bereit, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
