  • Lead and coordinate teams of technicians on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assign workloads, oversee daily activities, and ensure all field personnel remain aligned with project priorities and productivity expectations.
  • Closely monitor technician output and performance against defined daily and weekly targets.
  • Ensure all team members are actively engaged, productive, and operating in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and support to field personnel where required.
  • Escalate performance concerns, operational risks, or resource issues to the Site Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and operational excellence across all site activities.

Technical Experience & Oversight

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
