ABOUT OUR COMPANY

At EOS, we believe that our success is driven by our people. We are committed to providing a professional, collaborative and inclusive workplace where colleagues can contribute their expertise, develop their capabilities and help us deliver a reliable service to our customers.

We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our warehousing and logistics activities. This role is well suited to someone with experience handling IT and telecommunications products who understands the importance of accurate inventory management, safe product handling and the timely movement of goods.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support the effective day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, storing and dispatching products while ensuring that all related records and ERP transactions are completed accurately.

The role requires hands-on experience across inbound and outbound warehouse processes, including goods receipt, order preparation, invoicing support, inventory counting and discrepancy reconciliation. You will work closely with colleagues and relevant internal teams to help maintain accurate stock records and ensure that products are prepared for delivery or collection to the required standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Carry out day-to-day inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
  • Receive incoming products and check deliveries against the relevant documentation.
  • Inspect received goods for quantity, condition and accuracy, and report any discrepancies through the appropriate process.
  • Complete goods receipt and other relevant warehouse transactions using SAP, SAGE X3 or a comparable ERP system.
  • Store IT and telecommunications products safely and in the correct warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer or internal orders for delivery or collection.
  • Label packages accurately and ensure that each order contains the correct products and documentation.
  • Support invoicing activities and maintain accurate transaction records within the relevant systems.
  • Generate e-way bills in line with applicable requirements and internal procedures.
  • Process outbound shipments and help ensure that orders are ready within agreed timelines.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with scheduled physical inventory checks.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, escalating unresolved issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update warehouse systems promptly.
  • Handle products carefully to reduce the risk of loss or damage.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
  • Follow warehouse procedures, health and safety requirements, and applicable company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics, purchasing, customer service and other relevant teams.
  • Highlight operational issues and contribute to improvements in warehouse accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete other reasonable warehouse and logistics activities aligned with the responsibilities of the role.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Essential

  • Three to four years of professional experience in warehousing and logistics.
  • Practical experience of both inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
  • Experience handling IT and telecommunications products.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP, SAGE X3 or another ERP system for warehouse-related transactions.
  • Experience processing goods receipts, invoicing-related transactions and warehouse management activities.
  • Familiarity with e-way bill generation.
  • Experience picking, packing, labelling and preparing orders for delivery or collection.
  • Experience carrying out cycle counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a structured warehouse environment with documented operating procedures.
  • Experience supporting stock audits or full physical inventory counts.
  • Familiarity with shipment documentation and coordination with logistics providers.
  • Awareness of safe handling requirements for IT and telecommunications equipment.

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:

  • Good working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to use ERP and warehouse management systems confidently.
  • Ability to organise tasks and manage priorities in a busy warehouse environment.
  • A practical and methodical approach to investigating stock discrepancies.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A collaborative and service-focused approach.
  • Commitment to following safety, security and operational procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Inbound and outbound transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Products are stored, picked, packed and labelled correctly.
  • Orders are prepared for delivery or collection within the required timelines.
  • ERP and inventory records accurately reflect physical stock.
  • Inventory discrepancies are identified, investigated and resolved appropriately.
  • E-way bills and other relevant documentation are completed accurately.
  • IT and telecommunications products are handled safely and securely.
  • The warehouse remains organised, safe and operationally effective.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
