Accountabilities

  • Responsible for managing the handling, distribution, and delivery of official company documents, coordinating courier services for internal and external shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records for tracking.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensure the maintenance of office facilities, and provide general support services as needed.
  • Coordinating events, managing supplies, PPE inventory management, handling basic office maintenance, and supporting daily operations for a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Provide general assistance in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure an efficient and well-maintained office environment.
  • Provide support by driving company vehicles when regular drivers are unavailable, handling tasks such as deliveries, employee transport, and other driving duties while ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day clerical and administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support any other functions and activities as directed by superior.



Qualifications/ Knowledge /Skills / Experience

  • Relevant recognized Diploma OR Certificate with minimum of 1-year related experience OR SPM with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Good written and communication skill in English and Bahasa.
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Age Requirement: Applicants must not be more than 35 years old.
