QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following,

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Materials Engineering
  • Equivalent Engineering Discipline

Preferred Certifications in one or more of the following,

  • API 580 Risk-Based Inspection
  • API 570 Piping Inspector
  • Relevant API Certification
  • Relevant Cenosco IMS-PEI Training
  • Relevant SAP PM Training

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Min. 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas/ Gas processing Plant/ LNG facilities/ Petrochemical Plant/ Refineries

  • Pressure equipment integrity management
  • Risk-based inspection programmes
  • Review of inspection and NDT reports
  • Pressure vessel and piping integrity management
  • SAP PM maintenance planning
  • RBI software platforms, preferable Cenosco IMS PEI, or equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supporting the integrity, reliability, and compliance of pressure equipment and piping systems by performing Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) review using COMPANY system, analyzing inspection data, monitoring corrosion performance, and ensuring inspection schedules are effectively managed within SAP and associated integrity management systems.

Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Management

  • Maintain, perform, develop and update RBI assessments for pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, tanks, and associated static equipment based on inspection findings, operating history, process changes, and degradation mechanisms.
  • Maintain inspection schedules and next inspection dates within SAP PM, verify RBI recommendations are aligned with SAP maintenance plans and work orders.
  • Monitor inspection compliance and support close-out of integrity actions. Internal RBI procedures specifically reference maintaining inspection data and updating next inspection dates within SAP and integrity systems.
