Per accompagnare la nostra crescita in Lombardia / Milano, stiamo cercando un Field Sales Executive.

Il ruolo

1. Sarai responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale diretto sul territorio, con un forte focus sulla vendita sul campo a ristoratori (bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, attività indipendenti e catene locali).

2. La tua missione principale: generare opportunità, chiudere contratti e sviluppare il business nella tua zona.

3. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Sales Manager e farai parte di un team italiano in crescita.

Responsabilità

- Attività di prospezione e sviluppo commerciale sul territorio

- Visite presso ristoratori e dimostrazioni del prodotto

- Gestione completa del ciclo di vendita: discovery, proposta, negoziazione e closing

- Costruzione e gestione del pipeline nel CRM

- Raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi commerciali

- Presenza costante sul territorio e rappresentanza di ePackPro

- Raccolta di feedback dal mercato (obiezioni, pricing, prodotto)

Profilo ideale

Requisiti essenziali

- Esperienza nella vendita sul campo (Field Sales)

- Esperienza nell'Horeca su Milano

- Forte orientamento ai risultati e al closing

- Profilo hunter, abituato alla prospezione attiva

- Autonomia, disciplina e mentalità imprenditoriale

- Patente di guida valida

Plus

- Esperienza nel settore ristorazione / food service

- Vendita di soluzioni SaaS o tecnologiche

- Esperienza come titolare, gestore o dipendente di un ristorante
