Buscamos um profissional que vá além da gestão operacional, com capacidade de estruturar processos, desenvolver equipes e implementar soluções que tragam mais eficiência, previsibilidade e controle à gestão financeira.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar as operações de contas a pagar, contas a receber e tesouraria, garantindo eficiência e integração entre as áreas;
  • Monitorar diariamente a posição bancária e gerenciar o fluxo de caixa, incluindo projeções de curto e médio prazo;
  • Acompanhar a programação de pagamentos, alçadas de aprovação, conciliações bancárias e relacionamento com instituições financeiras;
  • Supervisionar a gestão de recebíveis, cobrança, inadimplência, repasses e medições junto à Caixa Econômica Federal;
  • Mapear, revisar e automatizar processos financeiros, promovendo melhorias no ERP e nas rotinas operacionais;
  • Desenvolver indicadores de desempenho e acompanhar resultados relacionados ao fluxo de caixa, pagamentos, recebimentos e inadimplência;
  • Liderar e desenvolver as coordenadoras das áreas financeiras, fortalecendo a autonomia, a produtividade e a tomada de decisão;
  • Identificar oportunidades de inovação e implementar soluções tecnológicas que otimizem os processos e aumentem a eficiência da área.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência sólida em tesouraria, preferencialmente entre 5 e 8 anos, com atuação no segmento de incorporação imobiliária ou construção civil;
  • Vivência com gestão de contas a pagar, contas a receber, fluxo de caixa e operações bancárias;
  • Conhecimento dos processos de repasse e medições da Caixa Econômica Federal;
  • Domínio do sistema SIENGE e Excel avançado;
  • Experiência com gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de lideranças;
  • Histórico de implementação de melhorias, estruturação de processos e automação de rotinas financeiras.
