Un appel à candidature est lancé pour la fonction d’expert matières en appui aux directions du secteur TECH (DS TECH) et du département Technologies de l’informatique / Sécurité des systèmes (DD TI/CY).

L’expert matières accompagne la mise en place de la BAC2 et de la BAC3 en Sécurité des systèmes. Il rend compte aux directions, avec qui il entretient un lien étroit de confiance réciproque.

Descriptif de missions

L’expert matières a, entre autres, pour missions de :

  • Participer à la mise à jour du programme, selon l’évolution du secteur, en intégrant les dernières technologies, les concepts de souveraineté, d’intelligence artificielle, de régulation et gouvernance, de gestion du risque, …. ;
  • Organiser et piloter un advisory council ;
  • Co-construire les fiches de cours ;
  • Définir les besoins matériels et logiciels pour le cursus ;
  • Accompagner les directions pour la définition des profils nécessaires à la formation et pour le recrutement des enseignants ;
  • Assurer un accompagnement des nouveaux collaborateurs en favorisant le partage des bonnes pratiques, des ressources et des spécificités du secteur professionnel TI/CY
  • Organiser et animer les réunions de coordination pédagogique en collaboration avec le DS et/ou le DD ;
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre du programme de cours pour 2027-2028 ;
  • Véhiculer les valeurs de l’EPHEC.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons des personnes possédant les qualités suivantes :

  • Expertise dans les domaines de la sécurité des systèmes d'information ;
  • Compétences en gestion de projets ;
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, d'écoute et de collaboration ;
  • Agilité et capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement technologique en évolution ;
  • Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et gestion des priorités ;
  • Capacité à partager son expertise et à accompagner les équipes pédagogiques.
  • Adhésion à la vision, aux valeurs et aux missions de l’asbl EPHEC.

Durée de la mission et valorisation

Cette fonction correspond à un emploi rémunéré au barème 501 (502 si CAPAES) en vigueur dans l’enseignement supérieur en Communauté française.

La mission est valorisée à 0,2 ETP. Ce poste est à pourvoir à partir du 15 novembre 2026 jusqu’au 15 novembre 2027.
