About Think Zone

Think Zone is a fast-growing education startup focused on building personalized learning experiences for K–8 students.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for high-potential early-career team members who are excited to take on challenges, learn quickly, and grow with an entrepreneurial team.

This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business operations, regional expansion, and the day-to-day work involved in scaling a growing education business.

What You’ll Work On

Business Expansion & Operations

  • Support day-to-day regional operations and help connect learning centers with the central team
  • Spend time in learning centers to understand student, parent, staff, and operational needs firsthand
  • Identify operational challenges and help develop practical solutions to improve center performance and customer experience
  • Support new center launches, including launch planning, operational setup, coordination, and execution
  • Assist with evaluating potential new markets and expansion opportunities
  • Help develop and improve repeatable operating processes, workflows, and systems as the business grows
  • Track operational priorities, follow up on action items, and help ensure projects are completed on time
  • Work closely with Center Managers and other frontline team members to understand what is working and where additional support is needed
  • Analyze operational information and frontline feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support cross-functional projects related to center performance, expansion, staffing needs, customer experience, and business operations
  • Take ownership of projects and help move initiatives from planning through implementation

Who We’re Looking For

We care more about your potential, mindset, and ability to grow than having a perfectly matched background.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy challenges and are excited about joining a fast-growing startup
  • Are interested in business operations, expansion, and understanding how a growing organization works
  • Are collaborative, easy to work with, and eager to learn
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in execution
  • Have strong ownership and follow-through
  • Enjoy identifying problems and finding practical ways to improve processes
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where priorities may evolve
  • Have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Are comfortable interacting with frontline teams, managers, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Are willing to spend time at different Think Zone learning centers throughout the Bay Area as business needs require
  • Are interested in education and want to contribute to building better learning experiences
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. New graduates and early-career candidates are welcome to apply.

Why Join Think Zone

  • Work on real operational and business problems from day one
  • Gain hands-on experience with center operations, regional management, and business expansion
  • Learn how a growing education company operates at both the frontline and central-team level
  • Work closely with a fast-growing team and take on meaningful ownership early
  • See your ideas and operational improvements tested and implemented quickly
  • Build a potential path toward future roles in operations, regional management, expansion, or business leadership
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
