Who Are We?

Our company is based on the science of our founder, Stanley Qi, one of the original CRISPR co-inventors who then furthered the technology so that DNA does not need to be cut to accomplish gene regulation. Instead, we regulate the epigenome to suppress and activate multiple genes simultaneously. We are further evolving the platform and leveraging its strengths to address unmet medical needs.

We are looking for exceptional team members who want an active role in building a rapidly growing biotech.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with laboratory suppliers, equipment vendors, service providers, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate laboratory equipment installation, maintenance, calibration, repairs, and service activities.
  • Develop and maintain laboratory SOPs, processes, and documentation to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

  • Partner with R&D, Finance, Facilities, IT, Legal/Compliance, and other teams to resolve operational issues and support business needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees regarding laboratory equipment, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Research and recommend new suppliers, equipment, products, and services based on scientific and operational needs.
  • Support laboratory expansion, implementation of new capabilities, and other operational projects.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment when evaluating operational alternatives, resolving issues, and making recommendations to management.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, laboratory operations, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or a related research environment.
  • Experience with laboratory operations, procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or laboratory infrastructure.
  • Experience or familiarity with laboratory biosafety, EH&S, compliance, or risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment maintenance and technical service providers.
  • Experience developing or implementing laboratory processes, SOPs, or operational procedures.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently under general direction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with scientists, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate alternatives, make sound recommendations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
