Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die strategische Grosskunden betreut, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifiziert und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen erfolgreich weiterentwickelt.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du akquirierst, betreust und entwickelst B2B\-Kund:innen im Umfeld von ePost und baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aus.
  • Zudemerkennst du Verkaufschancen, qualifizierst Bedürfnisse und verfolgst Potenziale gezielt bis zum Abschluss.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, Marketing und Entwicklung zusammen, um Kund:innen wirkungsvoll zu begleiten und Marktchancen optimal zu nutzen.
  • Du bringst deine Vertriebserfahrung aktiv in Verkaufsunterlagen, Argumentarien und Vertriebsansätze ein.
  • Du beobachtest Markt\- und Nutzungstrends im digitalen B2B\-Umfeld und leitest daraus neue Impulse für ePost ab.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine höhere Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft.
  • Zudembringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B\-Vertrieb oder Account Management mit, idealerweise im Umfeld digitaler Dienstleistungen, IT\-, SaaS\-, Plattform\- oder Outsourcing\-Dienstleistungen.
  • Dank deinem technischen Verständnis kannst du Kundenbedürfnisse rasch erfassen und in nachhaltige Geschäftsmöglichkeiten übersetzen.
  • Du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und einem sicheren Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und vertriebsorientiert und verfolgst Verkaufschancen konsequent weiter.
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr gut auf Deutsch und von Vorteil verfügst über gute Englisch\- oder Französischkenntnisse.
