What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly. You will:

  • Process and monitor supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
  • Support Accounts Payable activities, reconciliations, and month-end processes
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders across different countries
  • Ensure financial information is correctly recorded in our systems and aligned with company procedures
  • Work closely with other finance and business teams to solve day-to-day issues
  • Contribute to process improvements and help make our AP operations even more efficient

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A degree or educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role
  • Intermediate Italian and English
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working
  • Good communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
  • A current location in Hungary, or willingness to relocate
