En tant qu’Assistant(e)-gérant(e), vous travaillerez aux côtés du/de la Gérant(e) de magasin pour développer l’équipe, stimuler les ventes et créer une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Vous n’avez pas besoin d’avoir travaillé dans l’industrie du meuble pour réussir chez nous. Si vous avez une solide expérience en vente, savez mobiliser les autres et êtes prêt(e) à prendre davantage de responsabilités, nous vous aiderons à développer vos compétences en gestion et votre connaissance de nos produits.

Vous rejoindrez notre équipe de Brossard, au Quartier DIX30, au 8440, boul. Leduc, suite 10, dans un poste à temps plein.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

  • Soutenir le/la Gérant(e) de magasin dans les opérations quotidiennes et prendre la responsabilité du magasin en son absence
  • Coacher, mobiliser et soutenir l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente
  • Montrer l’exemple sur le plancher en créant des relations avec les clients et en contribuant activement aux ventes
  • Suivre la performance de l’équipe et identifier les occasions de développement
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des initiatives commerciales, promotions et priorités du magasin
  • Contribuer à maintenir un environnement organisé, accueillant et visuellement inspirant
  • Soutenir les principales responsabilités opérationnelles, notamment les ouvertures et fermetures, les transactions, les rapprochements et la gestion quotidienne du magasin

CE QUI VOUS AIDERA À RÉUSSIR

  • Une expérience en vente, en commerce de détail ou dans un environnement fortement axé sur le client
  • Une première expérience en leadership, supervision, coaching ou accompagnement d’une équipe
  • Une capacité démontrée à atteindre des objectifs et à contribuer aux résultats de vente
  • De solides aptitudes en communication, en écoute et en développement de relations
  • De l’initiative, du jugement et une capacité à prendre des décisions
  • L’envie d’apprendre, de développer votre équipe et de progresser vers davantage de responsabilités
  • Une excellente maîtrise du français pour communiquer avec notre clientèle et notre équipe
  • Une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais permettant de communiquer efficacement avec notre siège social
  • Une disponibilité pour travailler les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés au besoin

Une expérience dans le meuble, le design ou l’aménagement intérieur est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire. Nous valorisons les compétences en vente et en leadership acquises dans différents secteurs du commerce de détail et du service à la clientèle.
