Deine Aufgaben

  • Fehleranalyse, Entstörung und Inbetriebnahme von VoIP Telefonie und Sprachdiensten im Geschäftskundenumfeld
  • Steuerung und Tracking von Carriern und Dienstleistern im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Entstörung
  • Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Störungsmeldungen und Verarbeitung in unserem hauseigenen TicketSystem
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung von Test und Zertifizierungen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, IT/Netzwerkhintergrund wünschenswert
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Kunden- / Servicekommunikation per Telefon und Email
  • Kenntnisse in Voice / Telefonie Technologien sind von Vorteil
  • Gewissenhaftigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sicherer und kommunikationsstarker Umgang mit Kunden, Kollegen und Lieferanten
  • Deutsch und gerne auch Englisch in Wort und Schrift
