Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung in Zug eine dienstleistungsorientierte, dynamische und flexible Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Allrounder:in

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

Du betreust in einem kleinen Team mehrere Gebäude \& Liegenschaften von anspruchsvollen Kunden. Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Übernahme sämtlicher infrastrukturellen Aufgaben ( Umgebungsarbeiten, Winterdienst, Aussenreinigung)
  • Durchführung von Büroumzügen
  • Allgemeine Hauswart\- und Handyman\- arbeiten ( Leuchtmittelwechsel usw.)
  • Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen
  • Gartenarbeiten/Umgebungspflege
  • Entsorgung und Recycling, Mitarbeit auf dem hauseigenen Oekihof
  • Verantwortung für das zugeteilte Fahrzeug
  • Winter\-Pikettdienst (Nov.\-April)

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung, von Vorteil im Bereich (Gebäudereinigung, Betriebsunterhalt, Logistik oder ähnlich)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erwünscht
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse (zwingend)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B (zwingend) von Vorteil, mit Anhängerprüfung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick (zwingend)
  • Kundenorientierte, effiziente und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gepflegtes Auftreten sowie gute Umgangsformen
  • Teamplayer
