Dans le rôle important de gestionnaire immobilier au sein du département Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM), tu veilles à la gestion globale de ton portefeuille. Tu jongles avec les différents défis de chaque bien immobilier et de ses interlocuteurs et tu joues le rôle d'intermédiaire entre toutes les parties. Notre mandant est un client corporate (CREM) très renommé et les biens immobiliers à gérer sont des immeubles à usage commercial très bien situés.

  • Grâce à ta réflexion et à ton action en matière de gestion d'entreprise, tu gères de manière autonome le portefeuille qui t'est attribué et tu es soutenu(e) par le Lease Accounting et le Lease Administration.
  • Tu es la personne de contact pour les propriétaires d'immeubles, les locataires et les bailleurs (location) et tu les soutiens dans leurs demandes.
  • En tant que représentant des intérêts, tu es en contact avec les offices, les facility managers et les autres parties prenantes de l'immobilier.
  • Tu négocies les contrats de location et procèdes aux adaptations des contrats de location et des loyers.
  • Tu garantis une location conforme au marché et es responsable de la location et de la gestion des logements vacants.
  • En cas de changement de locataire, tu t'occupes de la réception et de la remise des surfaces et tu soutiens le département des constructions lors de la démolition des aménagements des locataires (location).
  • Tu fais régulièrement rapport sur l'état actuel de traitement de différents dossiers en suspens au moyen de rapports préparés et gérés par notre Key Account Management.

  • Tu disposes d'une formation commerciale de base ou d'une formation équivalente ainsi que du brevet fédéral de gérant(e) d'immeubles.
  • Grâce à plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire, tu connais déjà parfaitement les processus et les défis.
  • Les applications informatiques courantes (MS Office) ne te posent aucun problème.
  • Si tu as de l'expérience avec le logiciel de gestion SAP RE\-FX, c'est un avantage.
  • Une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand est un atout.
  • Tu t'exprimes habilement tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et tu convaincs par ta grande orientation vers le service.
  • Tu disposes d'une méthode de travail autonome et fiable
