Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion betreust du mehrere Objekte im Raum St. Gallen und Rheintal und bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Betreuung und Überwachung der haustechnischen Anlagen (HLKSE)
  • Durchführung von Reparatur\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten, Aufbieten und Bestellungen auslösen an dritt Leister, Schlusskontrollen der Arbeiten
  • Koordination und Kontrolle von Service\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, usw.), einholen Offerten, Austausch mit Kunden und Verwaltungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Koordination verschiedener Leistungserbringer
  • Ausführung administrativer Aufgaben im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit
  • Pikettdienst
  • Gartenarbeiten und Arealreinigungen
  • Ferienvertretung Postdienst

Du lebst Dienstleistung und setzt dich mit Überzeugung für Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit ein. Du bringst mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im HLKS\-Bereich, als Elektroinstallateur oder eine handwerkliche Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im technischen Gebäudemanagement
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Arbeitet gerne im Team wie auch alleine
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität sowie Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute EDV\-Kenntnisse
  • Wohnhaft in der Region St. Gallen (Pikettdienst)
