En tant que chargé(e) d'accueil et de support administratif, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement des services de réception et contribuez à la gestion opérationnelle de plusieurs sites basés dans la région lausannoise (hauts de Lausanne) et à Yverdon.

Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service client Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément Esprit d'initiative et capacité à travailler de manière autonome Bonnes capacités de coordination avec des interlocuteurs variés (prestataires, locataires, équipes internes) Aisance administrative et maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants Expérience dans un rôle similaire (réception, administration, hospitality ou facility management) un atout Bonne gestion des priorités et résistance au stress en période de forte activité Flexibilité et mobilité (interventions sur plusieurs sites : hauts de Lausanne et Yverdon) Excellente communication orale et écrite en français (autres langues un atout)
