Für unsere erfolgreiche Lüftungsabteilung in der Region Aare\-Dom (Bern, Solothurn, Oberwallis) suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernehmen und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation mitwirken möchte.

Abteilungsleiter Lüftung (w/m/d) =================================

  • Führung einer erfolgreichen Lüftungsabteilung mit vier erfahrenen Projektleitern und sieben Monteuren
  • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und nachhaltiges Wachstum
  • Ausbau unseres starken Direktkundengeschäfts
  • Erkennen und Nutzen von Marktchancen
  • Kalkulation und Angebotsbearbeitung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und Partnern

Das macht dich aus.

  • Erfahrung in der Lüftungsbranche und Projektgeschäft ist Voraussetzung
  • Gutes technisches Know\-How und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Kalkulation, Offertwesen oder Projektsteuerung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Menschen
  • Interesse an Verkauf, Kalkulation und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz

Der bisherige Stelleninhaber übernimmt innerhalb von EQUANS Switzerland eine neue Herausforderung. Gemeinsam mit dem bestehenden Stellvertreter und dem Team gestaltest du die nächste Entwicklungsphase der Abteilung und setzt neue Impulse.
