Bescherm mee mensen en de werkomgeving door stralingsmetingen uit te voeren in een hoogtechnische nucleaire omgeving.

Als Stralingsbeschermingsagent bij ECS, een filiaal van Equans, draag je elke dag bij aan veiligheid en stralingsbescherming in een hoogtechnische nucleaire omgeving. Je werkt op verschillende posten, gebruikt moderne meetapparatuur en helpt mee waken over een veilige werkomgeving voor iedereen op de site.

Jouw werklocatie: Kerncentrale Doel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • uitvoeren van stralingsmetingen op materialen, afval en beschermingsmiddelen
  • vrijgeven van veilige goederen voor verdere verwerking of transport
  • nemen van wrijfmonsters en controleren van oppervlakken, met bijkomende reiniging wanneer nodig
  • opvolgen van zonewerken in gecontroleerde zones volgens het ALARA-principe, in afstemming met het team
  • toepassen van veiligheidsprocedures en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • melden en documenteren van afwijkingen en onveilige situaties

  • geen specifieke ervaring vereist, je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding
  • interesse in stralingsbescherming en in werken binnen een nucleaire omgeving
  • nauwkeurig en praktisch werken, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • procedures zorgvuldig volgen en administratief correct werken
  • vlot samenwerken met collega’s en ook zelfstandig taken opnemen
  • bereid zijn om tijdens piekperiodes zoals revisies volgens een vast ploegensysteem te werken, inclusief drie shiften voor Afvoer Splijtstof: ochtend, middag en nacht
  • een blanco strafblad

  • het Nederlands goed beheersen
