Voor een geautomatiseerd distributiecentrum zoeken we een technisch onderhoudsmedewerker die instaan voor het dagelijkse onderhoud en de eerstelijnsinterventies op de site.

Je werkt in een vast shiftsysteem, vroege of late. Tijdens je volledige shift ben je oproepbaar voor storingen aan het AutoStore-systeem, de conveyors en de wikkelaars. Kleinere herstellingen pak je zelf aan. Wordt het technisch complexer, dan schakel je door naar de maintenance-dienst of naar de externe partner: Loading Systems, STILL, de conveyorleverancier, en volg je die interventie mee op.

Daarnaast werk je een vast programma van wekelijkse en maandelijkse controles af: heftrucks en zijladers, goederenlift, doorrolstellingen, palletstops, olielekbakken, oogspoelflessen. En je pakt op wat er verder op de site ligt, rekstellingen herstellen, aanrijbeveiligingen plaatsen, algemene klussen.

Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig op de vloer, met toegang tot de volledige site. Planning en aansturing gebeuren ter plaatse.

Wat ga je doen

  • Preventief onderhoud aan AutoStore: robots van het grid halen en nakijken, sensoren en poorten reinigen, spanning van de belts controleren, controller wisselen, logs opvolgen
  • Onderhoud van de conveyors, inclusief visuele controle op slijtage en reinigen van de scanpunten
  • Wekelijkse en maandelijkse controlerondes afwerken en registreren
  • Storingen oplossen tijdens de shift
  • Externe techniekers contacteren voor herstellingen buiten je scope, en hun interventie ter plaatse opvolgen
  • Rekstellingen opbouwen, afbreken en herstellen
  • Aanrijbeveiligingen plaatsen en herstellen
  • Algemene herstellingen en technische klussen op de site
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, en het werk stilleggen bij een onveilige situatie

Wat breng je mee

  • Scholing elektromechanica of elektrotechniek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • BA4/BA5
  • Ervaring met onderhoud in een logistieke of industriële omgeving
  • Praktische kennis van mechanica, aangevuld met elektriciteit
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, je werkt zelfstandig en neemt zelf contact op met interne diensten en externe leveranciers
  • Bereidheid om in een vast systeem van vroege en late shiften te werken
  • Attest heftruck of hoogwerker is een pluspunt
