About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Platform Partnerships to help grow and strengthen our relationships across the programmatic ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Commercial, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, experience working with DSPs and other platform partners, and the ability to translate technical and operational opportunities into meaningful commercial outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic platform relationships, support the development of new partnerships and integrations, and work cross-functionally to improve partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen the way we operate across the ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, working across teams, and turning partnership opportunities into execution.

What You’ll Do

Manage & Grow Platform Partnerships

  • Manage and develop relationships across a portfolio of strategic platform partners, including DSPs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Partnerships, Product, Technical Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Inventory, and Commercial teams.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships, increase demand access, and drive incremental revenue.
  • Support the development and launch of new platform partnerships and direct integrations.
  • Develop clear commercial narratives and materials that communicate our value proposition to partners.
  • Support partnership negotiations in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, and senior leadership.
  • Help identify opportunities to transition indirect relationships toward more strategic direct partnerships.

Drive Partnership Growth

  • Partner with Commercial teams to translate platform relationships into actionable revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for priority partners, identifying opportunities across inventory, formats, geographies, products, data, and emerging channels.
  • Support QBRs and regular partnership reviews focused on performance, roadmap alignment, opportunities, and next steps.
  • Track partnership KPIs, pipeline, revenue opportunities, and overall account health.
  • Surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders.

Improve How We Work With Platform Partners

  • Help build and improve the playbooks, processes, and frameworks used to manage strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with Ad Operations and technical teams on integration health, QPS management, supply optimization, discrepancies, and performance.
  • Monitor partner consumption and performance trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and monetization.
  • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities to reduce bid waste and improve the quality and efficiency of supply.
  • Help create consistent processes that can scale across regions while accounting for market-specific needs.

Partner With Product & Technical Teams

  • Serve as a key voice of platform partners internally, translating partner feedback and market trends into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations on integration improvements, bid signals, traffic shaping, supply-path optimization, automation, tools, and performance.
  • Stay close to evolving platform capabilities, buying behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities where partner needs and market trends can inform new products, features, or commercial opportunities.

Support Marketplace & Deal Strategy

  • Partner with Commercial, Curation, Product, and Operations teams on PMP and Deal ID strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to package inventory around buyer demand, seasonal moments, tentpole events, emerging formats, and marketplace trends.
  • Help develop partnership programs and initiatives that deepen partner relationships and increase demand access.

Collaborate & Influence

  • Work closely with internal teams across Commercial, Product, Operations, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Legal.
  • Build strong internal relationships and help create alignment around platform priorities and opportunities.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with regional partnership and account teams.
  • Help bring structure, consistency, and accountability to how platform partnerships are managed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience across AdTech, programmatic advertising, strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or related commercial functions.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, agencies, publishers, data, identity, curation, and marketplaces.
  • Experience managing relationships with DSPs or other strategic platform partners.
  • Track record of growing strategic accounts, developing partnerships, or driving commercial opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of DSP integrations, supply optimization, SPO, QPS, bidstream dynamics, Deal IDs and marketplace mechanics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and using performance insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities at once.
  • Curious, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with some ambiguity.

What Success Looks Like

You will help strengthen and scale our platform partnerships by building deeper relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, improving partner performance, and creating stronger alignment across internal teams.

Success means healthier and more strategic platform relationships, increased demand and revenue opportunities, smoother integrations and operational processes, stronger visibility into partnership performance, and a more consistent and scalable approach to managing key partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
