Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles including software engineers, product managers, data analysts, and business support functions
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to develop targeted talent acquisition strategies aligned with the firm’s growth roadmap and headcount plans
  • Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, tech communities, referral programmes, and direct outreach to passive talent
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and probation management through to performance reviews, career development, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures that reflect best practices and comply with MOM regulations
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives including technical upskilling programmes, leadership workshops, and certification support for staff
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes, and welfare concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
  • Prepare HR analytics reports covering headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, and engagement metrics to support data-driven people decisions for senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 to 3 years of HR experience, with demonstrated exposure to tech or fast-growth company environments strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, MOM regulations, and HR compliance requirements including CPF, MOM reporting, and work pass administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, build rapport, and work effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools, with a data-driven mindset and strong capability in Microsoft Excel or equivalent reporting tools
