Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging orientation and onboarding programmes that give every new employee the strongest possible start and an immediate sense of belonging
  • Facilitate targeted, high-impact departmental and job-specific training sessions that genuinely equip staff with the skills and confidence to perform at their very best
  • Organise thoughtfully structured refresher and continuous learning programmes that keep teams motivated, current, and consistently growing throughout their careers
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, accurate training manuals that serve as authoritative and reliable references for all staff across every level of the organisation
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, practical training guides, and effective learning resources that make complex concepts accessible and memorable
  • Develop rigorous Standard Operating Procedures and clear work instructions that ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all operational functions
  • Monitor training effectiveness through structured assessments, candid participant feedback, and measurable performance outcomes — continuously refining programmes for greater impact
  • Partner strategically with department heads and HR leadership to identify learning gaps and align all training initiatives with current and future business priorities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills with the demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, memorable training sessions to diverse and varied audiences
  • Proven experience developing training materials, SOPs, and structured learning resources using Microsoft Office or equivalent professional tools
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent training programmes, schedules, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
  • Warm, empathetic interpersonal skills and a deep, genuine passion for people development, continuous learning, and building strong organisational capability
