• Função de vendas baseada em relacionamentos, responsável por otimizar o ciclo de vida da experiência do cliente dentro de um conjunto designado de clientes estratégicos e complexos, para garantir que eles alcancem resultados bem-sucedidos em seus compromissos com a EFX • Como consultor de confiança, facilitar a gestão do programa de implementação pós-venda, estabelecendo critérios de sucesso de implementação e implantação e ajudando os clientes a desenvolver um plano para atingir esses objetivos e realizar as expectativas máximas de valor da solução. • Avaliar a saúde do cliente, impulsionando a adoção, monitorando o uso da solução, impulsionando a resolução de problemas relatados e sendo a voz do cliente para futuros planos de desenvolvimento de produtos • Atuar como elo de ligação entre as equipas internas e o cliente ao longo da jornada do cliente, garantindo que as necessidades sejam atendidas e os pontos fracos eliminados, levando à retenção e renovação de contas • Forneça insights de negócios por meio de interação regular e profundo conhecimento do cliente e dos negócios da EFX, ao mesmo tempo em que educa os clientes sobre o valor comercial das soluções, o relacionamento e a aplicação das melhores práticas do setor • Atue como um único ponto de contato para contas identificadas da Equifax, normalmente contas grandes ou importantes. • Estabeleça relacionamentos de alto nível, ofereça ideias criativas que permitirão ao cliente aproveitar todos os produtos oferecidos pela Equifax e aumentar a receita existente anualmente.

Requisitos necessários:

• Requer profundidade e/ou amplitude de conhecimentos especializados para operar de forma independente e fornecer liderança informal a outros; • Habilidades sofisticadas de pensamento crítico, liderando outros para resolver problemas complexos e adota uma perspectiva ampla para identificar soluções inovadoras.
