Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Assistente de Pós-Vendas, sendo o principal ponto de contato entre o cliente e a Construtora Equilíbrio no pós-vendas. Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar as solicitações de assistência técnica desde o registro até a conclusão, mantendo o cliente informado sobre cada etapa e garantindo um atendimento próximo, organizado e eficiente.

O objetivo é contribuir para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, fortalecendo o relacionamento com a Equilíbrio mesmo após a entrega do empreendimento.

Principais Atividades:

  • Recebimento e registro de solicitações de assistência técnica via WhatsApp, e-mail e portal do cliente.
  • Primeiro retorno ao cliente: confirmação de recebimento, alinhamento de prazo e acompanhamento do chamado.
  • Acompanhamento das solicitações de assistência técnica, do registro até a conclusão, com controle do andamento e comunicação constante com o cliente.
  • Atualização de chamados no sistema de gestão interno.
  • Agendamento de vistorias e visitas técnicas, fazendo interface entre o cliente e a equipe técnica.
  • Comunicação proativa com clientes sobre o andamento dos atendimentos.
  • Apoio ao coordenador de pós-vendas nas demandas do setor e no levantamento de informações técnicas.
  • Realização da entrega de chaves dos apartamentos aos clientes.
  • Apoio administrativo ao setor: envio de documentos, interface com o financeiro e organização de registros.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente.
  • Superior em andamento ou completo em qualquer área.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Facilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de clientes e demandas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior em construtora ou incorporadora.
  • Experiência com atendimento no segmento de pós-vendas ou relacionamento com clientes.
  • Formação ou afinidade com Administração, Gestão, Engenharia, Arquitetura ou áreas correlatas.
