Summary

Buscamos uma pessoa estagiária para apoiar o time de Implementation Excellence no desenvolvimento e evolução de automações, aplicações internas e ferramentas de trabalho utilizadas pelos times de Implementation Management.

A posição terá exposição a um ambiente global e colaborativo, apoiando iniciativas relacionadas a automação, integração entre ferramentas, levantamento de requisitos, testes, documentação e melhoria contínua.

Responsibilities

  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a manutenção de automações, aplicações e ferramentas internas.
  • Apoiar integrações entre ferramentas corporativas e plataformas de colaboração.
  • Participar do levantamento e entendimento de requisitos junto aos stakeholders.
  • Apoiar testes, validações e documentação das soluções desenvolvidas.
  • Documentar processos, fluxos de trabalho, requisitos e soluções de forma clara e estruturada.
  • Colaborar com equipes internacionais em iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
  • Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades para simplificar e automatizar processos e atividades.

Requirements

  • Cursando graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Previsão de conclusão da graduação a partir do final de 2028.
  • Conhecimento de lógica de programação, com capacidade de compreender fluxos, estruturar problemas e desenvolver soluções.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de programação ou scripting, utilizando linguagens como Python, JavaScript, PowerShell ou similares.
  • Familiaridade com Excel ou Google Sheets, incluindo fórmulas e organização de dados.
  • Noções de metodologias ágeis, como Kanban, Scrum ou abordagens similares.
  • Inglês intermediário a fluente, com capacidade para comunicação em ambiente internacional.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de automação e low-code, como Power Automate, Power Apps ou soluções similares.
  • Projetos acadêmicos ou pessoais envolvendo aplicações, scripts ou automações, incluindo portfólio ou GitHub.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de APIs, HTTP, webhooks ou integrações entre sistemas.
  • Noções de SQL e bancos de dados relacionais.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de visualização de dados, como Power BI, Looker/Data Studio ou Tableau.
  • Experiência ou familiaridade com ferramentas de colaboração e gestão do trabalho, como Jira, Confluence, Slack, Smartsheet, Notion ou similares.
  • Experiência acadêmica ou prática na organização de requisitos, processos, fluxos de trabalho ou documentação técnica.

Work Model

Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the office, with the remaining days working remotely.
