The posting

En tant que Responsable de Projets, vous prenez en charge la gestion complète de projets techniques, depuis l'étude initiale jusqu'à la réception des travaux. Vous coordonnez les différentes étapes du projet, assurez le suivi des chantiers et veillez au respect des exigences de qualité, de sécurité et de rentabilité.

VOS MISSIONS

Préparation et gestion des projets

  • Analyser les besoins clients et les cahiers des charges.
  • Élaborer les offres techniques et financières.
  • Réaliser les relevés et visites sur site.
  • Préparer les documents techniques et les plans nécessaires à l'exécution.
  • Gérer les demandes de prix, les commandes et les approvisionnements.

Suivi des chantiers

  • Organiser le démarrage des chantiers et préparer la documentation requise.
  • Coordonner les équipes et les intervenants externes.
  • Planifier et animer les réunions de chantier.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif, technique et financier des projets.
  • Contrôler l'avancement des travaux et préparer les états de facturation.
  • Constituer les dossiers de clôture et les documents de fin de chantier.

Sécurité et conformité

  • Garantir l'application des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers.
  • Réaliser les analyses de risques et mettre en place les mesures de prévention adaptées.
  • Sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques et veiller au respect des procédures en vigueur.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Diplôme supérieur à orientation technique (Bachelier ou Master) ou expérience équivalente.
  • Bonnes connaissances en électricité, réglementation électrique (RGIE) et sécurité au travail.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques ou de chantiers.
  • Capacité à coordonner des équipes et à piloter plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
