- Partner actively within a 5-person treatment team (therapist, dietitian, physician, peer mentor, and family mentor) to establish medical guidelines and individualized care plans.

- Work closely with medical assistants and nurses to assist with obtaining medical records, monitoring vital signs, ordering labs and medications, and facilitating care collaboration.

- Utilize EMR messaging and internal communication channels to respond to patient/family inquiries and communicate efficiently with the broader care team.

- Complete session notes, medical assessments, and documentation within Equip's electronic medical record in a timely manner (within 24 hours) in compliance with company policies and best practices.

- Communicate and collaborate with patients’ outside primary care providers, specialists, or inpatient/residential facilities as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
