Realizar vendas com qualidade, oferecendo soluções que atendam às necessidades dos clientes, proporcionando uma excelente experiência de atendimento e contribuindo para o alcance das metas e resultados da empresa.

  • Realizar atendimento aos clientes Pessoa Física (PF) e Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) por meio dos canais disponíveis, como telefone, chat, e-mail, WhatsApp, Skype, Zendesk e demais plataformas utilizadas pela empresa;
  • Identificar as necessidades dos clientes, prestando consultoria na escolha dos produtos mais adequados, esclarecendo dúvidas e fornecendo orientações técnicas e comerciais;
  • Elaborar e enviar orçamentos de produtos de forma ágil e precisa;
  • Efetuar a venda dos produtos, buscando o fechamento das negociações e o alcance das metas estabelecidas;
  • Direcionar demandas relacionadas ao SAC, Financeiro, Mercado Livre e demais setores responsáveis, quando necessário;
  • Realizar o monitoramento e atendimento da carteira de clientes ativos, especialmente clientes B2B, utilizando as ferramentas e controles internos (como a planilha 80/20);
  • Entrar em contato com clientes inativos, buscando sua reativação e fortalecimento do relacionamento comercial;
  • Prospectar novos clientes por meio de contatos ativos, ampliando a carteira e gerando novas oportunidades de negócios;
  • Consultar informações de produtos, disponibilidade, preços e demais dados no sistema Protheus;
  • Registrar e acompanhar oportunidades de vendas B2C no sistema Zendesk;
  • Acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos sempre que solicitado pelos clientes, mantendo-os informados sobre o processo;
  • Conferir e manter atualizados os dados cadastrais dos clientes B2B;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento e as cobranças de orçamentos enviados aos clientes B2B, visando aumentar a taxa de conversão em vendas;
  • Sugerir melhorias nos processos comerciais, métodos de vendas e na experiência dos clientes;
  • Cumprir os processos, políticas comerciais e procedimentos internos da empresa;
  • Executar, com comprometimento e dedicação, as metas individuais e coletivas previamente estabelecidas;
  • Participar de treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento profissional para aprimorar conhecimentos técnicos, comerciais e sobre os produtos comercializados;
  • Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e adequado para o desempenho das atividades;
  • Auxiliar na integração e treinamento de novos colaboradores da área comercial, compartilhando conhecimentos e boas práticas;
  • Zelar pelo bom relacionamento com clientes internos e externos, representando a empresa com ética, cordialidade e profissionalismo;
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas ao cargo, conforme orientação da liderança.
