Werken als consulent bij Velthuis kliniek

Bij Velthuis kliniek vinden we eerlijk en realistisch advies belangrijk. Als Consulent ben je daarom onderdeel van een multidisciplinair team van plastisch chirurgen, cosmetisch artsen en huidtherapeuten onder één dak. Zo bieden we onze cliënten een compleet advies over de mogelijkheden van plastische chirurgie, injectables en huidverbetering en kiezen we samen met onze cliënten de behandeling die het beste bij hen past.

Als Consulent sta je veelvuldig in contact met onze cliënten en ben je de schakel tussen cliënt en plastisch chirurg. Je bereidt de commerciële spreekuren voor, voert consultgesprekken en je bent samen met de arts het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw eigen cliënten. Voor, tijdens en na de behandeling. Dat alles met het doel zorg van de hoogste kwaliteit te bieden én commerciële doelstellingen te behalen. Kortom: Als Consulent heb je een veelzijdige rol met een mens- én resultaatgerichte insteek.

Je werkdagen zijn afwisselend en bestaan uit een combinatie van consultgesprekken en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op onze locaties in Rotterdam en Den Haag.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Het voorbereiden van het commercieel spreekuur. Je bekijkt welke problematieken gepland staan op het spreekuur en bereid je gesprekken voor.
  • Consultgesprekken met patiënten, waarin je de wensen van de cliënt in kaart brengt en uitleg geeft over mogelijke behandelingen. Uiteraard in samenwerking met de plastische chirurgen.
  • Controlegesprekken met cliënten; bespreken hoe de cliënt het proces ervaren heeft en of jij eventueel nog iets voor de cliënt kunt betekenen.
  • Administratieve taken. Denk aan het bellen of mailen met cliënten, operaties inplannen en het contact tussen de arts en de cliënten.

Jouw team Je komt terecht in een hecht en collegiaal team van consulenten, chirurgen en huidtherapeuten. In ons team wordt hard gewerkt, maar ook ruimte is voor gezelligheid. We vieren samen onze successen en helpen elkaar bij uitdagingen.

Wij bieden:

  • Salaris volgens de cao ZKN schaal 40- €2.867 – €4.346,- obv 40 uur en afhankelijk van jouw ervaring
  • Een contract voor 12 maanden, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband
  • Vakantiegeld én eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (max. 50 km enkele reis)
  • Ongeveer 29 vakantiedagen obv. 40 uur (160 vakantie-uren en 72 PLB uren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband)

Wat breng je mee als consulent

  • Je hebt ervaring in een klantgerichte, adviserende en/of commerciële rol. Ervaring in de zorg en/of schoonheidsbranche of als consulent is een pré.
  • Je bent een echte aanpakker met een warme persoonlijkheid. Cliënten staan bij jou voorop en voelen zich door jou gehoord.
  • Je hebt een groot inlevingsvermogen, durf en overtuigingskracht.
  • (Zelf)ontwikkeling vind je belangrijk. Je bent, net als wij, altijd op zoek naar hoe het beter kan.
  • Je bent flexibel met betrekking tot werkdagen en werklocatie. Je werkt vanuit onze vestiging in Rotterdam én Den Haag.
