Werken als medisch secretaresse bij Xpert Clinics

Als secretaresse bij voor de regio Amstelveen (Haarlem, Leiderdorp & Schiphol-Rijk) sta je veelvuldig in contact met patiënten én collega`s. Je bent het 1e aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, maar ook voor je collega`s wat betreft de administratieve afhandeling van poli`s en Ok's. Je zorgt voor een warm welkom op onze polikliniek, maar hebt ook telefonisch contact. Je plant en/of verzet afspraken en beantwoord vragen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze patiënten zich snel thuis voelen en met een fijn gevoel de kliniek weer verlaten en hebt dus een belangrijk aandeel in de algemene patiënt-tevredenheid! Daarnaast houd jij je bezig met de administratieve afhandeling van poli`s en Ok's. Dat doe je soms vanuit de backoffice, maar vooral tijdens het spreekuur.

Het is dus belangrijk om te beseffen dat dit geen receptionist functie is. Het veelzijdige van deze functie en het contact met zowel patiënten als collega`s is júist wat deze rol zo afwisselend maakt!

Goed om te weten:

Jouw dagen verdeel je tussen Amstelveen, Haarlem, Leiderdorp, en vanaf het nieuwe jaar ook onze nieuwe kliniek op Schiphol-Rijk. Je werkt in ieder geval op dinsdag en vrijdag. Je werktijden zijn tussen 08.00 en 17.30 uur.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten en artsen;
  • Je draagt zorg voor de planning van behandelingen, controles en consulten;
  • Je verricht de administratieve afhandelingen van poli’s en Ok's;
  • Je verzorgt de verwerking van in- en externe correspondentie. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het versturen van de huisartsenbrieven naar patiënten.

Jouw team Binnen onze (poli)klinieken in de regio hangt een gezellige en gemoedelijke sfeer. Met z’n allen zijn we één team en samen met artsen en collega’s werk je aan een optimale beleving voor de patiënten en cliënten. Er is weinig tot geen sprake van hiërarchie en de lijnen zijn kort. Dat maakt dat jouw stem binnen onze kliniek echt gehoord wordt. Ons hechte team van secretaresses en doktersassistentes staat met humor, gezelligheid en toewijding altijd voor elkaar klaar.

Wat wij jou bieden:

  • Salaris conform CAO ZKN – FWG 35, EUR 2.867,- tot 4.143,- afgestemd op je werkervaring;
  • Vakantiegeld (8,33%) en eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) ;
  • Een contract voor 12 maanden, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (max. 50 km enkele reis)
  • 160 vakantie-uren en 72 PLB uren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband.

Wat breng je mee als medisch secretaresse:

  • Een diploma tot medisch secretaresse is een grote pré. Je hebt in ieder geval werkervaring als medisch secretaresse.
  • Je bent een warme persoonlijkheid en patiënten voelen zich bij jou snel op hun gemak;
  • Hospitality, cliënt- en servicegerichtheid staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel;
  • Jij beschikt dan ook over sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
  • Je bent in staat nieuwe computersystemen snel eigen te maken en zelfstandig te werken;
  • Je hebt een flexibele en positieve werkhouding. Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen.
