Als Physician Assistant Oogheelkunde in Zeist, Veenendaal en Hilversum combineer je zelfstandigheid met intensieve samenwerking. Je draait eigen spreekuren, voert behandelingen uit en speelt een belangrijke rol in de medische begeleiding van patiënten. Dankzij de afwisseling tussen poliklinische zorg, behandelingen en overleg met collega’s is geen dag hetzelfde. Precies die combinatie van verantwoordelijkheid, expertise en persoonlijk contact maakt deze functie zo aantrekkelijk.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige rol horen onder andere de volgende taken bij je verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Het draaien van zelfstandige spreekuren.
  • Anamnese afnemen, patiënten onderzoeken, diagnoses stellen en het medisch beleid bepalen binnen jouw bevoegdheden.
  • Het geven van intravitreale injecties en het evalueren van behandelresultaten.
  • Het uitvoeren van medische behandelingen zoals YAG-nastaar, YAG PI, SLT en het verwijderen van een chalazion.
  • Het begeleiden van patiënten voor, tijdens en na hun behandeling en het uitvoeren van controles en vervolgconsulten.
  • Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en actief bijdragen aan de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de oogzorg.

Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan hoogwaardige patiëntenzorg, waarbij kwaliteit, persoonlijke aandacht en efficiënt werken hand in hand gaan.

Samen sterk in een hecht team

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair en betrokken team waarin samenwerking en expertise centraal staan. Ons gedreven team bestaat uit 9 oogartsen, een Physician Assistant (jij wordt onze tweede PA!) en een poli-team van circa 20 optometristen, orthoptisten en TOA’s. Dankzij de korte lijnen en prettige samenwerking vinden we elkaar snel en zorgen we samen voor de best mogelijke oogzorg. Hier ben je geen radartje in het systeem, maar een belangrijke schakel binnen een professioneel en warm team.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde masteropleiding Physician Assistant.
  • Je beschikt over een relevante hbo-vooropleiding binnen de oogheelkunde (vereiste).
  • Je bent BIG-geregistreerd.
  • Je staat ingeschreven in het kwaliteitsregister NAPA.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt in een professionele en collegiale werkomgeving.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op onze locaties in Zeist, Veenendaal en Hilversum
