Hoe ziet jouw functie als Technisch Oogheelkundig Assistent eruit?

Als TOA ondersteun je de oogartsen binnen het spreekuur en voer je zelfstandig functieonderzoeken uit. Je hebt daarmee een belangrijke rol binnen de dagelijkse patiëntenzorg en werkt nauw samen met verschillende collega’s binnen de oogzorg.

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team waarin onder andere oogartsen, orthoptisten en optometristen met elkaar samenwerken. Er is veel ruimte voor onderling overleg en collega’s staan voor elkaar klaar. Samen streven jullie naar kwalitatief goede zorg en een hoge patiënttevredenheid.

Ben je iemand die…

  • in het bezit is van een diploma waarmee je als Technisch Oogheelkundig Assistent aan de slag kunt;
  • op de hoogte is van ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied;
  • zich goed kan inleven in de patiënt en communicatief vaardig is;
  • zorgvuldig werkt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit;
  • initiatief neemt en goed om kan gaan met verantwoordelijkheid;
  • een teamspeler is en openstaat voor leren en ontwikkelen;
  • ook zelfstandig kan werken en van aanpakken houdt.

Dan kan je dit verwachten

  • Salaris volgens de cao ZKN schaal FWG45 €3.252,- tot €4.770,- obv 40 uur en afhankelijk van jouw ervaring
  • Een contract voor 12 maanden, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband
  • Vakantiegeld én eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (max. 50 km enkele reis)
  • 29 vakantiedagen obv. 40 uur (160 vakantie-uren en 72 PLB uren per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband.
