  • Manage fuel supply and inventory, maintaining appropriate fuel levels and coordinating closely with fuel suppliers, distributors, and other partners to ensure timely deliveries and prevent shortages or operational disruptions.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for fueling operations, coordinating with megasite leadership, contractors, equipment teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address fueling needs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Oversee day-to-day fueling operations, including fuel dispensing, deliveries, equipment and fueling infrastructure, site logistics, maintenance coordination, and adherence to established safety and operational procedures.
  • Own onsite fueling administration and financial processes, ensuring accurate fuel usage records, delivery documentation, purchase orders, invoices, reconciliations, and other accounting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor operational performance and fuel consumption, identifying trends, inefficiencies, or potential issues and implementing improvements to enhance service levels, cost control, and overall site performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements related to fuel storage, handling, transportation, and dispensing.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating service needs, monitoring supplier performance, and escalating supply or service issues as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate information to your team and management.
  • Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well defined expectations for team members.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
