Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring a Temporary Structures Crew Supervisor

At EquipmentShare, we're not just filling a role — we're assembling the best team on the planet to build something that's never been built before. We're on a mission to transform an industry that's been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

We're hiring a Temporary Structures Crew Supervisor within our Houston, TX region, and we're looking for a hands-on leader who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. In this role, you'll lead a traveling crew of 8–10 installers putting up tents, fencing, flooring, temporary walls, and other temporary structures at customer job sites — making sure every install is safe, on schedule, and built right.

Schedule: Varies based on project needs and installation windows, including weekends as needed. Overtime pay after working 40 hours.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Temporary Structures Crew Supervisor, you'll travel with and lead an installation crew supporting our Site Solutions team within your assigned region. You'll own each job from arrival to turnover: reviewing the site plan, directing the crew through setup, verifying the structure is installed to spec, and serving as the on-site point of contact for the customer. You'll use our proprietary T3 platform to manage work orders, track equipment, and keep the branch updated in real time, so every job runs smoothly from load-in to teardown.

  • Lead, schedule, and direct a crew of 8–10 installers through the setup, maintenance, and teardown of large tents, fencing, flooring, temporary walls, turnstiles, and related structures
  • Review site plans, layout drawings, and manufacturer specifications before each job; plan the install sequence and assign crew tasks
  • Conduct pre-job safety briefings and site walk-throughs, identifying hazards such as overhead lines, underground utilities, uneven ground, and weather conditions
  • Ensure structures are staked, anchored, or ballasted correctly and installed to manufacturer and engineering specifications
  • Inspect completed installations before turning them over to the customer, and correct any deficiencies
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, communicating schedules, changes, and any issues that arise
  • Work alongside the crew on installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Train, coach, and develop installers on proper installation techniques, safe work practices, and equipment handling
  • Track equipment and materials on each job; verify loads are complete before departure and returned in good condition
  • Maintain complete, accurate work orders and job documentation daily in T3
  • Report crew performance, safety incidents, equipment damage, and job status to branch leadership
  • Enforce OSHA requirements and EquipmentShare safety policies on every job site
  • Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
