We put people above all else, strive to be our best and welcome new ideas to deliver positive outcomes.    As a Marketing Specialist, Individual Wealth, you will support the development, maintenance and execution of advisor and client-facing marketing materials and communications. Working closely with the Manager, Individual Wealth, Marketing Consultants, Product, Compliance and Corporate Marketing teams, you will help deliver engaging and accurate content that supports our wealth products and enhances the advisor experience. You will also support the development of advisor and client communications for diverse audiences across Canada, helping ensure content is accessible, relevant and aligned with the needs of our distribution partners.   Join one of the region’s top employers and be part of something that truly makes a difference.     Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.  What you’ll do:

Support the development, maintenance and ongoing enhancements of advisor and client-facing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, sales support tools, web content and product communications.  Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and maintain marketing content, ensuring information is accurate, compliant and aligned with Individual Wealth objectives. Support and maintain Individual Wealth digital properties including website content updates and marketing resource pages.  Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product launches and communication initiatives. Coordinate project deliverables, reviews, approvals and timelines across Marketing, Product, Compliance, Corporate, Brand, Legal and other business partners. Provide proofreading support for creative and/or technical internal and external communications (including (brochures, guides, flyers, presentations). Monitor the Individual Wealth Marketing inbox and provide timely responses to advisors and internal stakeholders. Contribute to reporting on digital content performance and campaign metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Help ensure marketing materials and communications comply with corporate standards, accessibility requirements, regulator expectations and Fair Treatment of Clients policy. Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all stages of content development, review and production. 

   What you’ll bring:

Three to five years of financial services industry experience, particularly in the marketing of wealth and insurance products. Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or related discipline. Analytical mindset with experience reviewing digital metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.  Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. Ability to collaborate with other Marketing and Product experts, Compliance, Legal, designers and suppliers as well as various levels of management. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Experience working within a regulated environment and managing content through compliance reviews and approval processes is an asset. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to supporting advisor and client needs. Experience working with creative teams, designers and external vendors is an asset.  Bilingual, spoken and written (French and English) considered an asset. Spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) also considered an asset.
