RV Dealer Relationship Manager
About Thousand Trails
For more than 50 years, Thousand Trails has helped families experience the outdoors through a network of premium RV resorts and campgrounds across North America. As the largest provider of membership-based RV camping experiences, Thousand Trails offers access to more than 80 locations throughout the United States and British Columbia, combining the beauty of nature with the amenities, convenience, and value of a private resort network.
Our mission is to create memorable outdoor experiences and make camping more accessible for our members through a variety of flexible membership offerings and exceptional destinations.
What You'll Be Doing
The RV Dealer Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, supporting, and growing Thousand Trails' network of RV dealer partners throughout North America.
In this highly visible business development role, you'll work directly with dealership owners, general managers, sales leaders, and marketing teams to strengthen existing partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand our dealer network. Through relationship-building, training, and ongoing support, you'll help dealer teams understand the value of the Thousand Trails program and confidently share that message with their customers.
Success in this role requires collaboration across the organization. In addition to serving as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Analytics, Operations, and company leadership to ensure our dealer programs are aligned, supported, and positioned for long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is a polished, self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently, is comfortable engaging senior decision-makers, and takes pride in building long-term business relationships that drive measurable results.
Why This Role Matters
This position plays a critical role at the top of our membership sales funnel.
When dealer teams understand and believe in the value of the Thousand Trails experience, they create excitement with their customers long before they arrive at one of our resorts. That awareness and enthusiasm generate opportunities for our field sales teams, who then work directly with prospective members to help them find the membership that best fits their lifestyle.
Together, those efforts introduce families to a lifetime of camping, travel, and outdoor adventure. For many members, Thousand Trails becomes more than a membership. It becomes a family tradition, with children and grandchildren returning to the same campgrounds and creating memories of their own for generations to come.
