  • Assist participants in identifying and addressing barriers to employment, including transportation, childcare, financial limitations, and other challenges.
  • Coach participants on professional conduct, workplace expectations, communication, problem-solving, budgeting, and job retention strategies.
  • Monitor participant progress toward established employment, education, training, and career goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with participants to promote engagement, accountability, and successful completion of services.

3. Employment & Training Services

  • Guide participants in identifying suitable occupational training opportunities aligned with labor market demand, industry needs, and career goals.
  • Assist participants with training provider selection, referrals, applications, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate Individual Training Accounts (ITAs), on-the-job training (OJT), work-based learning, internships, and other approved employment and training activities, as applicable.
  • Communicate with training providers to monitor attendance, progress, credential attainment, and completion.

  • Monitor participant participation and address barriers that may affect successful completion of training or employment activities.

4. Employer Engagement & Job Placement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job openings, hiring requirements, and employment opportunities for participants.
  • Match participants’ skills, qualifications, interests, and career goals with appropriate job opportunities.
  • Assist participants with resumes, applications, interview preparation, job search strategies, and employer communication.
  • Coordinate referrals, interviews, hiring events, recruitment activities, and job placement services.
  • Collaborate with the Business Services team and other workforce partners to support employer needs and connect businesses with qualified talent.
  • Support Rapid Response activities and services for dislocated workers when assigned.
  • Maintain documentation of employer contacts, job referrals, interviews, placements, and employment outcomes.

5. Supportive Services & Partner Coordination

  • Identify participant needs that may interfere with employment or training participation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
