A National Leader in Workforce Solutions

We are a nationally and internationally respected leader in workforce training, consulting, management, and administrative services. From supporting job seekers facing barriers to employment, to building employer talent pipelines and delivering statewide training, we bring quality, accountability, and expertise to every program we touch.

Job Description

Primary Objectives of Position: Dynamic Quality Systems are the standards, models, tools, workflows, and resources which we rely upon to uphold the quality accuracy and performance delivery standards that set our organization apart.

The Quality Systems Specialist provides cross-functional support to workforce development projects by championing those systems as a Subject Matter Expert. The Specialist will promote a culture of Extreme Customer Service and Continuous Improvement by providing comprehensive direct support to internal teams and external partners on all things Quality, Data, or Training. This includes routine quality monitoring and monitoring support, routine training and technical assistance, routine maintenance and enhancement of data tracking tools or resources; in addition to ad hoc requests in each of those domains.

This position supports both corporate initiatives and local operations by identifying risk, owning progress on quality and training deliverables, facilitating the adoption of data-driven best practices, and advocating for compliance with company systems and standards —ultimately helping projects achieve contractual outcomes and deliver exceptional service.

Essential Job Functions:

o Own the maintenance, enhancement, and adoption of Dynamic Quality Systems (standards, models, tools, workflows, and resources) to support operational excellence across workforce development projects.

o Develop, maintain, and deliver quality monitoring activities, training programs, data tools, performance reporting, and other quality system resources that support organizational objectives.

o Lead root cause analysis efforts to address quality deficiencies or compliance gaps, provide data and resources, deliver job-specific skills training, and support resolutions.

o Conduct virtual and onsite quality audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures, compile findings and support follow-up quality improvement actions.

o Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all new local, state, and federal guidance, providing feedback on the implications to the local quality and operations leaders; making recommendations for revisions, as necessary.

o Contribute to standardized reporting processes for the Monthly Regional Report, including analytics and quality insights that inform local and corporate decision-making.

o Serve as a knowledgeable resource on policy interpretation for local operations and corporate teams, supporting accurate and compliant service delivery.

o Support program launches and contract transitions by creating and providing guidance on service approval processes (e.g., WEX, OJT, ITA, Supportive Services, Eligibility) during ramp-up phases.

o Participate in monthly Operations Meetings with local quality and operations leaders to review quality results, training initiatives, and support strategies; work with local team to review performance data for trends, provide technical assistance for identifying areas of non-compliance/low performance.

o Participate in pre-audit reviews of projects that include working with local team to review files, assess risk, evaluate process gaps, and prepare for a successful audit. (ISO, Board, State, DOL, Other)

o Assist in identifying training needs and reviewing training content in partnership with local Quality Specialists and Trainers, local leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with current company standards, policy, and program goals.

o Provide program support to projects in pursuit of positive performance outcomes, ranging from resources and recommendations to case management, employer services, and partner collaboration as needed.

Core Competencies

o Agility – This looks like: Pivoting quickly without resistance to accommodate shifting priorities based on business need.

o Ownership – This looks like: Taking responsibility for driving key deliverables from conception to implementation, including progress tracking and communication, within established timeframes.

o Creativity – This looks like: Thinking beyond perceived or anecdotal limitations to solve problems, enhance services, or provide support.

o Efficiency – This looks like: Maximizing time in practical ways to ensure all deliverables and objectives are met to yield the greatest positive impact from the department.

o Confidence – This looks like: Providing real-time high-quality input on critical decisions, delivering training or technical assistance within quick request windows, independently taking reasonable action in alignment with preestablished goals.

o Care – This looks like: Putting effort into details that matter to our brand, internal customers, and external customers regardless of scope or visibility.

o Pragmatism – This looks like: Prioritizing functionality over perfection to meet urgent customer needs and iterating improvements once basic business needs have been met.

o Balance – This looks like: Advocating for ways to remove barriers for customers and staff, while protecting the organization from quality, financial, or cultural risk.

o Connection – This looks like: Communicating about quality data, systems, or standards in a way that enhances understanding, alignment, and engagement across audiences of all levels.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
