ABOUT THE ROLE

Als (Junior) HR Administration Specialist in unserem People & Culture Team begleitest du den gesamten Employee Lifecycle bei ERC System, vom ersten bis zum letzten Arbeitstag. Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung von People & Culture zusammen und kümmerst dich um das operative HR-Tagesgeschäft, in Teilzeit mit 25 bis 32 Stunden pro Woche.

Dein Fokus liegt auf Employee Experience, Personalverwaltung, Payroll und HR Operations, gefolgt von Onboarding, Offboarding und Arbeitszeugnissen. Du sorgst dafür, dass jeder Prozess reibungslos läuft, jede Akte vollständig ist. Dabei bist du KI-affin und setzt KI-Tools gezielt und verantwortungsvoll ein, um Routineaufgaben zu bearbeiten.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Du übernimmst die administrativen Aufgaben rund um die Employee Experience über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle
  • Du kümmerst dich um die laufende Personalverwaltung, inklusive vorbereitender Payroll-Unterstützung
  • Du pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten und Personalakten in unserem HR-System Personio
  • Du erstellst HR-Schreiben, Bescheinigungen, vertragsbezogene Dokumente sowie Arbeits- und Zwischenzeugnisse
  • Du bereitest das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender vor und koordinierst es, von den Vertragsunterlagen bis zum ersten Arbeitstag
  • Du steuerst Offboarding-Prozesse, inklusive Checklisten, Übergaben und Austrittsdokumentation
  • Du unterstützt die Leitung von People & Culture bei strategischen und konzeptionellen Themen

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit HR-Schwerpunkt
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit
  • Diskretion und einen sicheren Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift, insbesondere für die Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit aktuellen KI-Tools und den Antrieb, HR-Prozesse damit zu automatisieren und effizienter zu machen
  • Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn duerste praktische HR-Erfahrung mitbringst, z. B. aus einem Praktikum oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit bereits mit einem HR-System wie Personio gearbeitet hast
