Job Description:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, including solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensuring completeness, compliance, and proper documentation and approvals
  • Support proposal efforts by negotiating teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements, and coordinating subcontractor inputs with technical, contracts, and proposal teams
  • Conduct research and compile subcontract- and contract-related data in support of audits and other government reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations, throughout the subcontract lifecycle

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience independently preparing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized records
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build Vendor relations

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
