Darba pienākumi:

  • Iesaistīties Nelaimes gadījumu, Ceļojumu un Kredītmaksājumu (PPI) apdrošināšanas produktu izstrādē un attīstībā
  • Organizēt riska parakstīšanas procesu atbilstoši uzņēmuma vadlīnijām
  • Veikt regulāru apdrošināšanas produktu monitoringu un analīzi
  • Konsultēt un apmācīt ārējos partnerus, pārdošanas un atlīdzību regulēšanas struktūrvienības darbiniekus

Prasības kandidātam:

  • Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze darbā ar nelaimes gadījumu un/vai ceļojumu, un/vai Kredītmaksājumu (PPI) apdrošināšanas produktiem
  • Vēlama pieredze produktu un procesu attīstības vadībā
  • Augstākā izglītība eksaktajās zinātnēs vai finansēs
  • Spēcīgi attīstīta analītiskā domāšana un precizitāte
  • Uz rezultātu orientēta personība ar lieliskām komunikācijas un sadarbības prasmēm
  • Spēja darboties gan stratēģiskā, gan arī operatīvā līmenī
  • Ļoti labas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas (saziņai ar Baltijas valstu kolēģiem un ar dokumentāciju angļu valodā)
  • Ļoti labas MS Office prasmes (īpaši MS Excel)
