Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that strengthen brand identity and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Craft clear, impactful narratives that translate business priorities into engaging communication for diverse audiences.
  • Write and edit articles, interviews, newsletters, social media posts, thought leadership pieces, and web content.
  • Script and assist in the production of videos and multimedia projects, ensuring creative quality and brand consistency.
  • Contribute to social media and digital content calendars, ensuring a strong and strategic presence online.

Internal Communication & Employer Branding

  • Support initiatives that build pride, connection, and collaboration among employees.
  • Source and showcase people- and purpose-driven stories that strengthen our employer brand.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with subsidiaries, designers, videographers, and agencies to deliver creative, high-impact content.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in line with brand and communication objectives.
  • Support the planning and rollout of digital campaigns and communication projects across the Group.
