The posting

About this opportunity: Would you like to turn AI ideas into useful tools for learning and knowledge sharing? Join Learning Innovation / Expert Learning Lab (ELL) to explore how AI can help people find answers, share expertise and learn when they need it, in the flow of work. We are looking for two candidates who enjoy building, testing and improving digital solutions with real users.

You will gain hands-on experience across applied AI, software prototyping, user experience and learning design, with cross-functional mentoring and meaningful ownership from the start. The two interns can bring complementary technical and UX/learning strengths, while both contribute practical programming skills. These two positions are based in Stockholm and are fixed-term roles on 75-100% for around a year, starting as soon as possible.

What you will do: Working with colleagues, users and subject-matter experts, you will turn ideas into testable solutions. You will build, configure and test AI agents and prototypes, primarily using Microsoft Copilot Studio, and explore lightweight integrations, data connections and automation. Alongside the technical work, you will help shape use cases, conversation flows and interactions that make complex expert knowledge understandable and actionable.

You will try prototypes with users, gather feedback and improve them through small experiments and pilots. This means troubleshooting, considering accessibility and learning objectives, and making thoughtful trade-offs around usability, data access, privacy and security. You will also create simple onboarding guidance and document configurations, design decisions, test findings and lessons learned, including approaches that did not work. Your contribution will leave reusable prototypes, methods and recommendations that others can build on.

The skills you bring - You have studied/are studying computer science, software engineering, information systems, UX/HCI, cognitive science, learning design, service design or a related subject at university or higher-education level. - You have practical programming experience in at least one language, such as Python or TypeScript, basic knowledge of logic, data structures and APIs, and at least one functioning digital prototype, application, automation or comparable technical project. - Coursework and personal projects count; you should be able to explain your own contribution. - You bring systematic problem-solving, analytical thinking and the ability to work independently when requirements are still taking shape. - You have a basic understanding of usability, accessibility and human-centred design, and preferably learning principles such as clear objectives, practice, feedback and cognitive load. - You can simplify complex information, collaborate with users and experts, and exercise sound judgement about privacy, security and responsible AI. - Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish is required. - You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with partners across different industries and academic institutions.

Preferred skills: - Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform or Microsoft 365 is a plus, not a prerequisite. - Git, LLMs, AI agents, retrieval, automation, digital learning design, onboarding or immersive learning are also useful. - Curiosity about how emerging technologies, such as extended reality (XR), can support learning is a plus.

What you can learn here You can develop skills in user research and usability testing and SharePoint. We value curiosity, openness to feedback and the willingness to learn through experimentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
