Tworzenie, wdrażanie oraz optymalizacja programów pomiarowych na współrzędnościowych maszynach pomiarowych (CMM) Wykonywanie pomiarów detali oraz weryfikacja ich zgodności z dokumentacją techniczną i modelami CAD 3D Analiza wyników pomiarów oraz przygotowywanie raportów metrologicznych Definiowanie baz pomiarowych, układów współrzędnych oraz strategii pomiarowych Dobór odpowiednich sond, końcówek pomiarowych oraz parametrów pomiaru Nadzór nad oprzyrządowaniem pomiarowym oraz dbałość o prawidłowe funkcjonowanie maszyn CMM Współpraca z działami produkcji, technologii oraz kontroli jakości w zakresie zapewnienia zgodności wyrobów Udział w procesach kwalifikacji nowych wyrobów oraz wdrażaniu standardów jakościowych

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Technolog – programista obrabiarek umiejetności - Samodzielność, dokładność oraz odpowiedzialność za realizowane zadania umiejetności - Dbałość o wysoką jakość, powtarzalność i wiarygodność wykonywanych pomiarów umiejetności - Umiejętność interpretacji tolerancji geometrycznych umiejetności - Praktyczna znajomość oprogramowania PC-DMIS Nasze wymagania: Doświadczenie w programowaniu oraz obsłudze współrzędnościowych maszyn pomiarowych (CMM) Umiejętność tworzenia i optymalizacji programów pomiarowych na podstawie dokumentacji technicznej oraz modeli CAD 3D Bardzo dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego Znajomość zasad tolerowania wymiarów i geometrii (GD&T / GPS) Umiejętność wykonywania pomiarów elementów geometrycznych, takich jak płaszczyzny, otwory, walce, stożki, profile i powierzchnie Umiejętność analizy wyników pomiarowych oraz sporządzania raportów Umiejętność diagnozowania przyczyn niezgodności oraz oceny poprawności procesu pomiarowego Samodzielność, dokładność oraz odpowiedzialność za realizowane zadania
